Finance

The finance department handles the transactions for the entire organization, and is manned by a competent staff consisting of Lorna Beecroft, Finance Director, Carol August and Denise August.

The finance department is in charge of the following activities:

• Process cheque requisitions,
• Handle payroll
• Process social assistance
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain strict adherence to the Financial Procedures Manual

Important Things To Know

Quick cheque days are on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Paper MUST be in by Monday or Thursday to be processed the following day.
